We hope you don’t have to cancel, but please be aware of our cancellation policy.

All appointments are secured with a valid credit card. Cancellations made with less than 3 hours’ notice will incur a 25% charge of the total scheduled service fee, which will be charged to the card on file.

As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent 1–2 days prior to your scheduled appointment. However, it remains the client's responsibility to cancel or reschedule within the required 3-hour notice period.

We require a minimum of 3 hours notice of cancellation for spa packages.
